Abstract

Taste is the most important criteria in evaluating the quality of wine and beer. Alfa Laval's Frank Lipnizki, Carl-Erik Nielsen, Robert Betcke and Jose Caprio highlight the potential that membrane processes offer in maintaining and improving taste during production.
