Månsson, Maria LU orcid and Eksell, Jörgen LU orcid (2025) p.84-88
Abstract
This entry examines the role of destination management organisations (DMOs) in influencing destination resilience through their communication efforts. In the dynamic landscape of destination management, DMOs play a crucial role in balancing destination marketing and management, tourism promotion and stakeholder interests. To face adverse events, DMOs have taken on new roles and tasks to address ongoing situations. Abstract (Swedish)
