HearHere: Bredäng

- Casey Moir arranged this event in her neighborhood of Bredäng. It was a sound walk, punctuated with improvised music performances. First we encountered Moir, who worked with voice and objects in a pedestrian tunnel, blending unexpectedly and marvelously with a family fair going on nearby. Then we went up a granite hill to listen to Finn Loxbo play extended acoustic guitar, contemplative and still looking out over the hills. Then we went down to the water, below the balconies of the Konditori Lyran. There is a huge pair of stones there that lean against one another to form a kind of portal. I had gone there often when I lived in the neighborhood, and was delighted Casey had decided to place me there.
