The main issue that hinders the improvement of sustainability could be a lack of management attention to systemic integration of employee work practices. The authors argue to integrate technology and systemic perspective in TBL approach to achieve sustainability from sociotechnical perspective. The analysis aims to support enterprises to remain competitive in evolving contexts.
