- Researchers have pointed to challenges in the implementation of integrated
policy, as policymaking is undertaken in highly vertical structures with
diverse policy goals, content and processes in different policy subsectors.
This article studies cultural and creative industries (CCI) policymaking
with an integrative ambition. It contributes to knowledge of CCE support by
unpacking the policymaking process relating to the cultural and creative field.
