(2026)- Abstract
- This policy brief presents policy-relevant findings from the Women inPower project, which examines women’s professional networking and collective action within the Swedish energy sector and how this can contribute to greater gender equality. The project is funded by the Swedish Energy Agency (2023–2027; P2022-01070). This report is based on two articles from the Women in Power project. Through structured literature reviews and interview-based data collection, the project aims to provide a qualitative account of the barriers women face in relation to career development and participation in decision-making within the energy sector, as well as to equip organizations and decision-makers with strategies for a more gender-equal sector.
