Right- and left-edge boundary tones in syntactic processing

Roll, Mikael LU and Horne, Merle LU (2013) Nordic Prosody, 2012 In Nordic Prosody: Proceedings of the XI conference p.303-312
Abstract
This study presents evidence from event-related potentials for the use of both right- and left-edge boundary tones as cues for syntactic structure during online speech processing. A temporal model for the neurophysiological processing of prosodic features is outlined.
