The poems of Flori Bălănescu have nerve, are clearly targeted, but are also subtle due to tragic irony or sarcasm. There are mostly lyrics about the liquefaction of identity. The clear and cultivated mind destills ideas from a well-cloaked, but not an over-adjectivized context. You never have the impression that the writer does not know what sheis saying, the she is at a loss for ideas. (Less)
