Together, the chapters illuminate both the transformative potential of children’s agency and the persistent challenges—legal, cultural, and institutional—that hinder its full realization. By combining theoretical insights, empirical studies, and practical examples, the book offers a comprehensive understanding of what meaningful child participation entails and how it can empower futures for children and societies alike.
