Prediction of Radio Channels for OFDM by Autoregressive Modeling
(2006) Reglermöte 2006- Abstract
- This paper presents a prediction algorithm for OFDM radio channels in
either time or frequency direction that explores the over sampling of the channel transfer function compared to the maximum Doppler shift and the maximum
excess delay. The algorithm derives an autoregressive model utilized for prediction. Pre-filtering of channel estimates are concerned and the prediction approach is appraised as a tool for adaptive symbol mapping.
