Abstract

The structure, phase composition, and temperature dependence of electrical resistivity of the thermobarically sintered cBN–NbN composite are presented. The semiconductor character of the change in resistivity from 2.5 to 1.8 Ohm cm in the range of 300–700 K is revealed.
