- The recent diffusion of new formats of archaeological publication systems results from ad hoc solutions conceived and realized for serving specific communication needs. These new formats are customized for facilitating the fruition of specific archaeological information and can be tailored and structured for hosting datasets and results. Unlike standard publications, they do not represent the final result of the investigation but rather a dynamic public space in which different interpretations can be revised and formulated.
