The research aims to fill the empirical gap regarding how consumers evaluate airlines’ ESG performance, which is crucial for enhancing financial and non-financial value. Utilising a Delphi survey and the Analytic Hierarchy Process, the study seeks to understand and integrate various stakeholders’ perspectives, offering new insights into consumer attitudes towards ESG activities, and contributing to the discourse on sustainable and responsible business practices.
