In this study, we have completed six semistructured interviews with social workers working in Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Services in southern Sweden. This study concluded that risk and protective factors could be sorted into two subgroups: individual and organisational ones. In conclusion, meaningfulness, collegial cooperation, competence development and organisational support were the most frequently mentioned factors on both scales of the spectrum. (Less)
