- I detta arbete är en undersökning av huruvida musik- och kulturskolan når ut till alla barn och ungdomar i samhället. Syftet är att undersöka om kulturskolor runt om i landet har en konkret arbetsplan för att deras verksamhet når ut till alla barn- och ungdomar i deras verksamhetsområde. Metoden som används är en enkätundersökning som skickats till samtliga musik- och kulturskolor i Sverige. Denna enkät kompletteras med kvalitativa intervjuer med två verksamhetschefer från två olika musik- och kulturskolor. Resultaten visar att få skolor har en arbetsplan att nå ut till alla men också att många skolor har förutsättningar att nå ut till fler genom att till exempel bredda sitt utbud. - This thesis concerns the community school of music and art and if they reach out to every child and youth in our society. The aim of the present study is to investigate the community school of music and art around Sweden to see if they have a workplan to reach all the youths in their community. The methods I used are both quantitative and qualitative. Empirical data was collected through a survey I sent to all the community school of music and art in Sweden. I also made qualitative interviews with two principals of community schools of music and art.
