Department of Business Administration
Abstract
A qualitative investigation of the first implementation stage of a large-scale change project towards process standardisation and associated change management efforts within Alfa Laval AB. The goal of the research is to contextually analyse the dimensions of change, investigating how the misalignments of the understandings of change and change management come about and what they imply for the change management efforts. The work contributes to the body of research aimed at understanding the organisational change within its context.
