Corporate Social Entrepreneurship as a new approach to CSR - A Swedish outlook

Abstract
Corporate social entrepreneurship (CSE) is a fairly new concept in academia and is not very well researched. This study aims to develop more knowledge about the concept.
It is emphasizing the concept of CSE, and how Swedish companies are working with CSE. A comprehensive framework based on literature is presented and tested on the empirical data. Another framework was developed from the empirical data, updating the comprehensive one. The study showed that the main outcome of CSE is shared value creation, a double bottom line, both economic and social. Many internal and external factors precede a CSE action.
