- Denna studie syftar till att undersöka hur olika typer av omskrivningar; metaforer och liknelser används av elever och lärare i ämnet Gehörs- och musiklära. Mer specifikt undersöks hur elever väljer att beskriva tre typer av färgade ackord, hur de upplever användandet av dessa beskrivningar som hjälp för att identifiera ackorden samt hur en lärare i ämnet Gehörs- och musiklära använder sig av metaforer, beskrivande ord och associationer i sin undervisning. För att ta reda på vilka beskrivningar eleverna använde, genomfördes två testlektioner där uppgiften var att lyssna och bestämma vilka typ av adjektiv som passade in på de olika ackorden. Ackorden beskrivs med hjälp av färger, känslor samt ord som beskriver ackordets tänkta utseende. Eleverna menar också att beskrivningarna som de fått göra hjälpte dem för att vid ett senare tillfälle identifiera de tre färgade ackorden. Resultatet visar också att läraren upplever att användandet av metaforer och omskrivningar kan ha både för- och nackdelar i undervisningen. (Less)
