This study's scope is to look at organising in the context of organisations such as corporations and public sector units, excluding other forms such as events and groups.
The results of this study show that narrow AI could potentially impact the way we organise when looking at aspects such as organisational structure, human resources, decision making, and organisational culture. The publications and interviews present the same or similar result in the majority of aspects, such as a new division of labour between humans and AI, data-driven decision making will be common, etc. They do, however, disagree in how AI should be viewed, as a colleague or as a support function. Furthermore, the publications and interviews present unique insights respectively that should be combined to fully understand AI’s impact on how we will organise in the future. (Less)
