How Swedish Managers are Managing in Remote Work

Abstract
During the Covid-19 pandemic in Sweden, restrictions and recommendations advised people to work from home, and due to this, many managers have been working remotely during the pandemic. The purpose of this study is to document managers' experiences and lessons learned from working remotely during the pandemic to provide insights for other managers on how to improve their remote work. The documentation was created by interviewing 18 managers from various industries, with semi-structured interviews, and their answers were then analyzed with a thematic analysis.
