Abstract (Swedish)
Syftet med denna studie är att med hjälp av aktionsforskning och tidigare forskning se hur jag kan utveckla mitt ledarskap med hjälp av rutiner, ritualer, relationer och demokrati samt förbättra klassrumsklimatet. Litteraturkapitlet presenterar tidigare forskning om de områden jag valt att utveckla i mitt ledarskap. I resultatkapitlet redovisas de auktioner jag valt att implementera och hur jag upplevt dess effekt, detta dokumenterades under studiens gång i en loggbok. I diskussionskapitlet jämförs mina reflektioner, informationen ur loggboken, med den tidigare forskning som finns på området. Studien visar att när tydliga rutiner blir synliga för eleverna blir sannolikheten större för ett lugnare och tryggare klassrumsklimat.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to use action research and previous research to see how I can develop my leadership and change the classroom climate with routines, rituals, relations and democracy. The literature reviews what others previously has written about the things I wanted to improve in my leadership. The result presents the actions I implemented and their effect, which were written down in a logbook. The discussion compares my own point of view, the information taken from the logbook, and the previous literature on the subject. The study shows that when routines are clear for the students the probability will be higher for a safe and comfortable classroom climate.
