- Abstract
- The purpose of the study was to examine how police officers interacted with generational diversity and work experience, as well as how their interaction influenced the organizational culture in the Swedish Police. The empirical data consisted of ten semi-structured interviews at the case organization. The main theoretical framework used was literature within organizational culture, generational diversity and work experience. Additionally, the study drew upon the theory of organizational culture and the existing, although limited research on the interaction between generational diversity and work experience. (Less)
