- Abstract
- Digitization, social media and e-commerce are three powerful components that
have changed our lives. Influencer marketing has become a key strategy for companies
seeking to reach new consumers. Influencers have proven that they can have a big impact on
buying behavior and companies' marketing. The purpose of this survey is to gain a deeper
understanding of how the generation Y consumer buying process is influenced by influencers.
As well as how influencer marketing on Instagram affects the buying process. To achieve the
purpose of this investigation, the following research question was answered: How fast fashion
consumers (Gen Y) are influenced by influencers' buying process on Instagram
