This paper further investigates the relationship between need for closure and coping with change by using a survey data set with 63 Swedish participants with varying demographic characteristics. We then perform multiple regressions with the survey data set to see if there is any significant relationship between need for closure and coping with change. We find that with the parameters used in this study, the need for closure has no effect on the ability to cope with change, and we also find no evidence of a significant relationship between the two concepts. Given the findings of this paper, we discuss the limitations with the study, and potential outcomes and research. (Less)
