While the significance of high-quality and safe bicycle parking at public transport stations is generally a consensus point, actors have differing views on the importance of further allowing bicycles onboard rail vehicles. Additionally, the study finds that, while existing arenas for collaboration are generally appreciated by actors, there is a need to develop more efficient and streamlined collaboration and funding processes to ensure that strategic policy on combined mobility is translated into actual projects.
