Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of a robust

Methodology: This qualitative study adopts an interpretivist tradition with an
abductive approach. It focuses on a single case study where the empirical data consists of 12 in-depth, semi-structured interviews
Contribution: The study contributes with a better understanding of
organizational identification and organizational culture, specifically a culture of friendship. Its theoretical contributions include reaffirmation of the friendship culture and its characteristics. (Less)
