Timing problems in real-time control systems
(1995) American Control Conference, 1995- Abstract
- The article describes and analyzes how random time delays effect control loops that are closed over a communication network. Analysis as well as LQG-design are presented. The optimal controller is using timestamps to determine the timedelay between the sensor and the controller.
