"Jag visste ju inte ens..." Flickors målbrott och sångpedagogers strategier

Denna studie syftar till att fördjupa kunskapen om sångpedagogers strategier kring flickors målbrottsutveckling. Utöver det är syftet att belysa vad flickor själva upplever och kan beskriva rörande det egna målbrottet. Bakgrunden till studien är författarens egen upplevelse av sång under tonåren. Studien har genomförts genom kvalitativa intervjuer med sångpedagoger samt genom ett fokusgruppsamtal med flickor ur en flickkör. Resultatet visar att sångpedagoger själva hittat metoder och strategier för att hantera den problematik som kan uppkomma i samband med flickors målbrott. Resultatet visar också att information och kunskap om flickors röstutveckling inte varit del av sångpedagogernas yrkesutbildning utan något som de själva behövt söka upp och lära sig om på egen hand. Mer kunskap om flickors målbrott efterfrågas, dels av sångpedagoger, men även av flickor själva som vet väldigt lite om den egna röstutvecklingen. (Less)

disadvantages of classifying teenage girls’ voices as alto or soprano are also discussed.
The result also shows that vocal teachers have had to find these strategies by
themselves. Information and knowledge about girls' vocal development was not part of
their education, instead they needed to search information about it and learn how to deal
with it on their own. More knowledge about girls' vocal development is sought-after,
both by vocal teachers, but also by girls themselves who know very little about their
