The case law is organized to cover major issues in a basic
presentation on Competition Law. Both for students and practioners
nothing is more rewarding than the language used by the Court. The
material contains indexes to allow an easy search.
This First Part will during 2012 be complemented by a second part
which deals with more profound issues very much related to
innovation markets and the ongoing tug‐of‐war between free
competition and dynamic development – if there is any conflict.
The two books with reading material are complemented by Part III,
which is a compilation of excerpts from legislative enactments
presently in force. Full documents are available on the EU
Commission home page and this book only makes the material
easily accessible (Less)
