- Abstract
- In order to optimize the safety of athletes, it is important that coaches and medical personnel have training in CPR and the OB-ABCDE principles. For para athletes, it is also important to have a plan for how to remove equipment in the event of a trauma. In addition, it is recommended that medical personnel are always present at competitions, and if possible also during the athletes' training sessions.

- För att kunna optimera idrottares säkerhet är det viktigt att tränare och medicinsk personal har utbildning i HLR och OB-ABCDE-principerna. För paraidrottare är det också viktigt att ha en plan för hur man tar bort utrustning vid ett trauma. Dessutom rekommenderas det att medicinsk personal alltid är närvarande vid tävlingar, och om möjligt även under idrottarnas träningspass.
