This process will demand tools and methods to estimate the various aspects of sustainable construction and

The aim of this study is to find methods that can be used in the construction and real estate management
process for identifying and follow up goals of sustainability. The empirical part of the study will be carried out
as a case study, with focus on the overall considerations of managing the changes in the existing building
stock. The analysis of the case study will be conducted with the stakeholder urban evaluation model
(STURE), and from the perspective of the real estate management. The study shows that STURE model
could be successful in the long-term sustainable management of the existing building stock. (Less)
