Abstract
During 17-18 November 2020, under a permit from Lansstyrel,en in Blekinge issued to
Blekinge Museum (BM), a team coordinated by Lund University (LU) conducted
maritime archaeologicalinvestigations ofthe shipwreck known as Gribshunden. The site is located closeto Stora Ekon, near Saxemara. The dive team visually inspected the wreck site, recovered samples of wooden barrels far dendrochronological analysis, conducted non-intrusive metal detection, and collectedwater quality data. The activity was funded by a grant made from the Crafaord Foundation (reference number 20200003} to Dr. Brendan Foley, Lund University.

Med tillstand fran Lansstyrelsen i Blekinge Ian genomforde Lunds universitet
(LU) och Blekinge museum (ELM) den 17-18 november 2020
marinarkeologiska undersokningar pa vraket efter den danske kungen Hans
kravel Gribshunden. Vrakplatsen ar belagen omedelbart norr om Stora Ekon i
Ronneby kommun.
Syftet med dykningarna 17-18 november 2020 var att barga tramaterial fran
tunnor for kompletterande dendrokronologisk analys samt att undersoka
forekomsten av metallforemal i och runt vraket med hjalp av metalldetektorer.
Undersokningen finansierades genom ett bidrag fran Crafoord Foundation
(referensnummer 20200003) till Dr. Brendan Foley, Lunds universitet.
