Diagnose der Leistungsheterogenität durch die Perspektivische Textanalyse: VERTEX

Bierschenk, Inger and Bierschenk, Bernhard LU (2004) p.16-28
Abstract
The basic hypothesis is that mind is an emergent property of the processes that produce natural language expressions. The shape of the mind of a particular person can be discovered through the mechanisms forming the corresponding language space. Although covered by textual surface properties, this space is approachable with VERTEX, which is a new version of Perspective Text Analysis (PTA). Due to the Agent-action-Objective (AaO) axiom, it has been possible to discover the underlying biological clocking mode. Rhythmic working of the [AaO] units is responsible for the textual embodiment of the shapes and the emergence of various orders of complexity. The space hypothesis is validated in that distinct shapes evolve and reflect individual... (More)
The basic hypothesis is that mind is an emergent property of the processes that produce natural language expressions. The space hypothesis is validated in that distinct shapes evolve and reflect individual differences in sensibility to structural change. Some results of the first experimental outcome have been used to illustrate the validity of the basic hypothesis. Two students have been discerned and followed. The structure mediated through the students’ responses pertains either to a descriptive dimension (analytic sensibility) or to a reflective dimension (synthetic sensibility). This individual ability to apprehend structural information appears to remain over time. Hence, the individual attunes his perceptions in agreement with the predetermined order of an analytic or a synthetic mind. (Less)
