(2026) In Historical Life Course Studies 16. p.1-2- Abstract
- This editorial reflects on recent developments at Historical Life Course Studies over the past two years. It highlights the successful completion of two special issues, including one on infant mortality and another on histories of health published in honour of Angélique Janssens. The editorial notes encouraging trends in submissions, citations, and online visibility, and announces an upcoming special issue on historical sources on causes of death. It also introduces changes to the editorial team, welcomes new associate editors, and acknowledges the vital contributions of sponsors, reviewers, authors, and readers who support the journal’s continued Diamond Open Access publication.
