Team climate and situational leadership in air traffic control

Abstract
In a joint project between the Swedish Civil Aviation Administration (SCAA) and Lund University, questions concerning organizational aspects - such as organizational climate, team climate, situational leadership, psychosocial working environment - and safety culture are under study. A team-based organization has recently been introduced and a new air traffic control system will soon be installed at the two main air traffic control centers (ATCC) in Sweden.
