- Wild edible fruits are underexplored sources of nutrients and bioactives. This study assessed the bioactive profile and in vitro functional properties of four Mozambican wild fruits: Adansonia digitata (AD), Dialium schlechteri (DS), Garcinia livingstonei (GL), and Syzygium cordatum
(SC). Phenolic compounds (PCs), dietary fibers (DF), minerals, and
sugars were analyzed along with phenolic bioaccessibility, antioxidant
